摘    要:利用ISSR分子标记进行条斑紫菜(Pyropia yezoensis)10个选育品系的种质鉴定研究。结果表明,具条带特异性且表达稳定清晰的ISSR引物共14个,其扩增多态性片段约占97.1%,这些引物可用作区分这些品系的分子标记,同时利用引物826扩增的特异性位点建立了这些选育品系的ISSR遗传识别码。

Abstract:Inter Simple Sequence Repeat (ISSR)-PCR was used to analyze the genetic variation and germplasm identification of ten different breeding lines of Pyropia yezoensis. 14 polymorphic and specifical primers were screened and optimized. From the generated ISSR products by these primers, 97.1% of the DNA bands amplified were polymorphic. These primers could be used as molecular genetic markers to discriminate and evaluate the ten lines. A number of peculiarity amplified bands of primer 826 were applied to establish the ISSR code patterns of the P. yezoensis ten lines.
