韩国农业信息化服务体系建设经验及启示

主要阐述了韩国农业信息化体系的建设,主要从政府在农业信息发布中的主要作用、农业信息服务体系、农业信息发布的主要渠道及方式、农民获得信息的主要方式等方面进行了分析。并提出我国应借鉴韩国农业信息化发展的经验,加强政府在农业信息化建设中的作用以及农业信息网络等基础设施建设,完善农业数据库和农业信息系统的开发利用,注重信息培训的实效。

Experience and Inspiration from the Development of Agricultural Informatization in the Republic of Korea

This article focused on the construction of the agricultural informatization system in Korea, mainly analyzed from the main role of the government in the release of agricultural information, agricultural information service system, the main channel of the agricultural information and manner, farmers’ access to information way. And proposed that China should learn from the experience of the Korean agricultural information development, strengthened the role of the government in the construction of agricultural information and agricultural information network infrastructure construction, improved agricultural databases and the development and utilization of the agricultural information system, focusing on the effectiveness of information and training.
