转OsCYP2基因水稻芽期与幼苗前期的抗盐碱性鉴定

摘    要:以0.15%浓度Na2CO3模拟盐碱胁迫,对转OsCYP2基因水稻吉农大30T3代种子进行芽期与幼苗前期抗盐碱性鉴定研究,结果表明,转基因材料根长与苗高比对照吉农大30低;无论是转基因水稻还是非转基因水稻,其幼苗前期对于盐碱胁迫的危害比芽期更为敏感;在0.15%Na2CO3胁迫下转基因材料与对照材料各项性状测量指标与芽期综合相对碱害率间没有显著差异,但是转基因吉农大30幼苗前期综合相对碱害率与对照相比发生了显著降低,说明转基因材料在0.15%Na2CO3胁迫下其幼苗受到的伤害少于对照材料,由此推断转基因材料幼苗前期耐盐碱能力高于对照材料。

Abstract:The saline-alkaline tolerance of OsCYP2 transgenic rice by using Na2CO3 at 0.15% concentration as saline-alkaline stress in the germination period and early seedling stage was studied , experiments showed that the length of root and height of seedling of transgenic rice was lower compared with the control Jinongda 30 ; both transgenic rice and ordinary rice is sensitive to the saline-alkaline stress in their early seedling stage than the germination period ; there was no significance different appears of the character metrics and total value of relative alkaline damage rate of rice germinative period between transgenic rice and ordinary rice , but the total value of relative alkaline damage rate of rice early seedling stage of transgenic Jinongda 30 was significantly reduced compared with control , so that the saline-alkaline tolerance of trancegenic rice in the early seedling stage was stronger than that of control.
