| Abstract: | In order to solve the practical problems of needy students, and promote the comprehensive quality of them, the investigative about the present situation of the needy students who take a part-time job while studying at Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering was started. And in view of the investigation results, some suggestions on strengthening on-the-job training, adding external position, improving the working standard, and giving full play to the education function measures were put forward. |
