| 摘 要： | 文章通过对山东省主要种业企业和科研院所的135份问卷调查,综合运用归纳总结和因子分析等方法,分别对种业企业和科研院所的植物品种权入股行为进行实证分析。研究表明:获得预期收益、扩大市场占有率、增强核心竞争力是影响种业企业植物品种权入股行为的主要因素;预期收益、经营能力、成本和风险这4个因子是影响科研院所植物品种权入股行为的重要因素,其中预期收益和经营能力是关键影响因素,风险和成本因素是重要因素,最终目的是增加收入,减少风险。
