汽车悬架参数优化的最优控制方法

摘    要:以主动悬架系统模型为研究对象,应用最优控制理论进行了线性二次型最优控制器设计,并得到了最优控制力.把一个刚度-阻尼系统并联于被动悬架系统,根据变参数后的悬架系统产生的力接近最优控制力,利用最小二乘法求得刚度-阻尼系统参数,从而使得被动悬架参数得以优化.与传统优化方法比较表明,以最优控制理论和最小二乘法相结合的悬架参数优化方法快捷有效,能较大改善悬架系统的动态性能.

Abstract:An analysis on a model of active suspension was presented and the linear quadratic optimal controller was designed based on the optimal control theory by which the optimal force was gained. A stiffness-damping system was added to the passive suspension system. According to the criteria that the force arising from the passive suspension with the added stiffness-damping system should be close to the optimal control force arising from the active suspension, the parameters of the passive suspension was optimized by the least square algorithm. The results of a comparison between the above algorithm and the traditional optimization one showed the method for the parameters optimization of suspension combined with the optimal control theory and the least square algorithm was effective and made the suspension system have better dynamic characteristics.
