中模数高速齿轮齿形修形探讨

摘    要:分析了用普通剃齿刀加工的齿轮齿形产生中凹的原因。普通的5°、15°剃齿刀分别经单凹弧和双凹弧负修形后剃出的齿形基本平直而不中凹,同时剃齿刀的寿命提高了3~5倍。阐述了该负修形法的原理、相应的计算、使工件齿形不凹的原因及其与一般修形法的不同点。


Tooth Profile Modification for Middle Module and High Speed Gear
Abstract:Analysis were made for the work concavation produced by con- ventional shaving cutters,Work concavation was eliminated and the service life of the shaving cutter increased 3-5times after coiaventional 5°and 15°shaving cut- ters had been negatively modified.The negative modification principle,calcula- tion and the differences from the conventional modification are proposed.
