乌鲁木齐市土地利用变化及其社会经济驱动因素分析

目的]在乌鲁木齐市社会经济高速发展的基础上,提出灵活的土地资产处理政策及最优的空间发展方向,以便实现乌鲁木齐市土地资源的优化配置和可持续利用.方法]应用统计软件对所得数据进行相关性分析,并进一步建立线性回归模型,分析探讨各用地类型与社会经济驱动因子之间的关系.结果]土地利用变化是多种因素相互耦合作用而产生的结果,线性回归分析得出各土地利用类型与社会经济驱动因子之间的关系.结论]土地利用变化是多因素共同作用的结果,所用研究方法在今后的研究中还应不断完善,使之能更好的应用于实际研究中.

Analyzing Land Use Change and its Socio-economic Driving Factors in Urumqi

On the basis of rapid development of social ecomomics of Urumqi city,the research put forward flexible land resources handling policy and optimal spatial developing direction so as to realize the optimum allocation and sustainable utilization of the land resources.First statistic software was used to analyze the correlation of the data,then linear regression model was constructed to analyze and discuss the relationship between various land use types and the socio-economic driving factors.The correlation analysis showed that the change of land use is the result of the coupling of many factors.The relationship between various land use types and the socio-economic driving factors was obtained by linear regression analysis.The research methods used in this article should be improved in order to better apply them in future actual study.
