摘 要: | 2011~2014年邯郸综合试验站参加了国家小麦产业技术体系土壤施肥与水分研究室“全国主要麦区小麦营养品种和卫生安全状况的调研”工作,在邯郸市5个示范县选取当地主栽小麦品种进行了籽粒取样,并检测了籽粒中的常量元素、微量元素和重金属元素含量。结果表明:邯郸市小麦籽粒中大量元素除Mg平均含量是全国平均值的1.12倍,其他元素含量均与全国平均水平相当,其中57.14%的籽粒达到了中强筋小麦品质;微量元素Mn含量偏高,Mo含量在居民膳食安全摄入范围之内,其他微量元素均低于居民膳食安全摄入量的下限,尤其是Se含量普遍偏低;重金属元素含量均符合GB 2672-2012。

Investigation and Analysis of Nutrition Quality and Health Safety Status of Wheat in Handan City from 2011 to 2014 |

Abstract: | The wheat gain of main planting cultivars from 5 demonstration counties in Handan City were collected by Handan Comprehensive Test Station from 2011 to 2014, the contents of major elements, trace elements and heavy metal elements were detected. The results showed that the average content of Mg in wheat grains was 1.12 times of the national average, and the other major elements were equal to the national average level,57.14% of the grain quality reached to the quality of strong gluten wheat. Among the trace elements, Mn content was higher, Mo content in the range of dietary safety of residents, and other trace elements were all below to the lower limit of the safe intake of residents,Se content is gener-ally lower. The content of heavy metal elements were in line with national standards GB 2672-2012. |
