苹果幼树4种内源激素周年发生动态研究

以盆栽一年生新红星／海棠为试材，研究了苹果幼树梢尖内源3-吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉酸(GA3)、脱落酸(ABA)和根系中新根内玉米素(Zeatin)的周年发生动态。苹果幼树梢尖中内源IAA、GA3含量一年中有两次高峰，与春梢和秋梢旺长相对应。ABA的周年变化是在萌芽后含量开始下降，春梢旺长时，ABA含量最低，ABA含量高峰与春梢停长相对应，落叶时有所增加。苹果幼树生长根中Zeatin含量一年中有3次高峰，与一年中3次发根期基本对应。一年中地下部根系Zeatin的3次高峰与地上部梢尖中IAA、GA3两次高峰基本呈交替现象，并与一年中根系生长和枝条生长出现的交替现象呈对应关系。

ANNUAL DYNAMIC PATTERN OF FOUR ENDOGENOUS HORMONES IN YOUNG APPLE TREES

The annual dynamic pattern of IAA,GA 3 and ABA in shoot tips and Zeation in roots was studided on potted apple trees (starkrimsonl/ M micromalus ) The contents of IAA and GA 3 in shoot tips had two peaks in a year which were fit to the rapidly growing stages of shoot in spring and autumn The content of ABA decreased after sprouting and reached the lowest level at the rapidly growing spring shoot stage The first peak of ABA content corresponded with ceasing of spring growth There were three peaks of Zeatin content in extensive roots which corresponded with the peaks of root growth The peaks of Zeatin,IAA and GA 3 appeared alternately which corresponded with the alternate growth of roots and shoots
