摘    要:本文报导了用碳纤维微电极微分伏安法测定水杨酸的新方法,找出了最佳测定条件。在实验条件下,对水杨酸的测定最低检出限可达3.5×10~(-8)mol·L~(-1),线性范围5.0×10~(-4)~7.0×10~(-8)mol·L~(-1)。用于血清和尿样中的水杨酸测定,结果满意。

Abstract:A now method of determing salicylic acid at carbon-fibre microelec-trode using 1. 5 order differential voltammetry is reported in this paper, the anodic current is linear with the salicylic acid concentration over the range of 5.0×10-4-7.0×10-8mol.L-1 and the detection limit is 3.5×10-8mol.L-1. It has been applied to the determination of salicylic acid in human blood and urine with satisfactory results.
