| 摘 要： | 2008年于哈尔滨城市林业示范基地采取水曲柳树干着生木材腐朽菌子实体，形态学鉴定为粗毛纤孔菌（Inonotus hispidus）。设计纤孔菌属（Inonotus）真菌ITS特异引物，并进行PCR扩增，扩增产物长500bp。扩增产物测序结果与其它10种纤孔菌属真菌ITS序列构建系统发育聚类树。聚类结果表明粗毛纤孔菌与辐射状纤孔菌亲缘关系近；I. circinatus与I. tomentosus亲缘关系近；薄皮纤孔菌与芮克纤孔菌亲缘关系近；I. dryophilus与I. rheades亲缘关系近。I. circinatus、I. tomentosus、粗毛纤孔菌以及辐射状纤孔菌聚为一族；薄皮纤孔菌、芮克纤孔菌、斜生纤孔菌以及I. glomeratus聚为一族；I. dryophilus、杨生核纤孔以及柽柳核纤孔菌聚为一族。

| Abstract: | To be the foundation of medicinal fungi resources,one kind of white rot related fruition body was diagnosed,phylogenetic analysis of the ITS region for Inonotus was done.White rot related fruition bodies on the trunk of Fraxinus mandshurica were collected from Harbin Urban Forestry Demonstration Base in 2008.
