摘    要:为了进一步研究水稻晚粳品种农垦58转变为光敏核不育水稻农垦58S的突变位点,并精细定位光敏不育基因pms3,我们利用农垦58S/1514杂交组合的F1进行花药培养构建了一个DH群体,验证了在该群体中光敏不育受pms1、 pms3两对基因的控制,并根据分子标记分析选择第12染色体是1514基因型、 第7染色体农垦58S基因型的DH系DH80与农垦58S杂

Fine Mapping of PSGMS Gene pms3 in Rice (Oryza sativa L.)

Abstract:In order to determine the precise location of pms 3 gene which induce Nongken58(NK58) to PSGMS Nongken58S(NK58S), a DH population was constructed by culturing F 1 anthers of NK58S/1514. A line DH80, which was only with PSGMS gene pms1 , was selected to cross with NK58S for constructing a segregation population only in pms 3 locus. Segregation of RFLP markers was compared between DH and F 2 populations. And the results showed that several markers close to pms 3 on chromosome 12 normally segregated in F 2 population showed obviously distortion segregation in DH population. Meanwhile, some markers on chromosome 3, 7 and 11 in DH population also segregated distortedly. The genotypes for every F 3 family were determined by analysis of fertility segregation. And then the location of pms 3 and distances between RFLP markers and pms 3 were precisely calculated. The gene pms 3 is located between M36 and RZ261, but much closer to M36.
