| 摘 要： | 在做好自然保护区管理工作的同时，如何使其与周边社区协调发展是保护区可持续发展的主要措施，也是保护区管理工作探索的核心问题之一．以云南绿春黄连山自然保护区为例，在分析自然优势和存在问题的基础上，探讨协调发展问题，并提出了具体措施．
