| 摘 要： | 对叶尔羌河流域的水资源分配与绿洲生态的耗水关系进行了分析,提出在水资源分配中应增加生态用水比例,建立资源有偿使用制度,制订灌区用水限额,并提出了工程性和非工程性水资源管理措施.

| Abstract: | The relation between distribution of water resources of Yarkant River Basin and water consumption of its oasis ecology was analysed. The ecological water consumption in the distribution of water resources should be increased. The paid system of water resources should be made. The applied water should be limited in irrigation area. Different management measures of water resources were advanced in engineering and non engineering. |
