大麦日粮添加酶制剂影响家禽营养生理及改善生产性能的研究

摘    要:在饲喂大麦基础日粮条件下, 适量添喂粗酶制剂可使: ①雄雏鸡(7 ~21 日龄) 、肉用仔鸡(1 ~42 日龄) 、生长鹅(7 ~60 日龄) 及肉鸭(1 ~42 日龄) 均在不同程度上提高增重和饲料利用率。②食糜的粘度降低, 通过消化道的速度加快, 改善了消化机能。③血液IGF Ⅰ、T3 水平明显升高, 促进生长。④提高禽体细胞免疫力。

Abstract:A series of experiments in domestic birds fed barley based diet supplemented with crude enzyme were performed.The results showed that① growth rate and feed efficiency in chicks(7~21 days old),meat broiler chickens(1~42 days old),growing geese(7~60 days old)and meat ducks(1~42 days old)were increased to varying extent after the supplement;②viscosity of intestinal content was lowered and the passage rate was faster,which improved the digestive function;③blood levels of IGF Ⅰ,T 3 were elevated;and ④cellular immunity in chicks was enhanced.
