摘    要:沙棘是宝贵的植物资源,在改善生态环境、医学营养学等方面有重要的作用.研究沙棘叶片组织结构和抗旱性可为沙棘的开发利用提供参考依据.通过石蜡切片染色法制作沙棘叶横切的装片,在OLYMPUS显微镜下观察分析了沙棘的叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度与海绵组织厚度的比值、表皮的角质层厚度、叶片组织结构紧密度和疏松度等叶片组织结构特点,同时探讨了沙棘树种的抗旱性.气孔密度大、栅栏组织/海绵组织厚度比值较大、叶片组织结构紧密、上表皮细胞较小者抗旱性较强.供试的5个品种抗旱性由强至弱依次为:齐棘1号,阿列依,楚伊,阿尔泰新闻,橙色.
