基于PRO/Mechanica的木质托盘结构联结系数分析

摘    要:结构是影响木质托盘力学性能的主要因素之一,在实际设计和生产中,单凭试验很难确定结构对木质托盘力学性能的影响参数.通过对木质托盘的力学性能进行理论分析,推导出了其承载能力公式和挠度方程,应用PRO/E对2种常用类型的托盘建模,并应用PRO/Mechanica对模型进行受力分析,得出了它们的结构联结系数的取值范围,并通过试验验证其正确性.

Abstract:Carrying capacity formula and flexibility equations for wooden pallet were deduced by means of the mechanical property of wooden pallet.Two common types of pallet modeling were developed by PRO/E.Then two models were analyzed by PRO/Mechanica,and the scopes of the structural joint parameters were obtained.Moreover,the correctness of the parameters was confirmed by test.
