| 摘 要： | 近年来,"三农"问题是党和政府工作的重点。随着经济发展和改革的推进,农村面貌发生巨大的变化。农村的制度改革影响到农业生产力的解放和社会经济的发展,影响农村经济体制改革的历史进程。本文以北京市通州区西马各庄村为例,探究北京农村社区股份合作制改革问题,采用Excel进行数据分析。剖析农村社区股份合作制改革中的主要问题,并提出相应的对策建议。
