银耳菌丝体的形态与银耳母种制备研究

摘    要:用孢子分离,基内分离的方法获得纤细的银耳次生菌丝、节饱子和原基银耳次生菌丝还以白毛团,白色谷粒、基内菌丝和绒毛的形成存在。银耳菌丝体的形态在一定条件下互相转化。纤维的银耳次生菌丝、基内菌丝、菌龄短的原基组织和绒毛都能与伴生菌混合培养,配制成银耳母种。其中三种形态与伴生菌配制母种未见,只要正确辩识银耳菌丝体的不同形态和菌龄,掌握适宜的条件和技术,不仅简化了银耳的分离方法,而且提高了制作母种的成功率,

Abstract:The delicate secondary mycelia,arthrospore and primordia of T.fuciformis can be obtained by single spore isolation and mycelia isolatioa in the medium.However,thesecondary mycelia will still exist in the forms of white weft aggregation, white granule,medium mycelia and down .the mycelial forms of T.fuciformis can transform each other under certain conditions,The delicate secondary mycelia of T. fuciformis,medium mycelia,young primordium tissue and down can be cultured with their associated fungi respectively,and,the mixed culture stated above will become the master cultures of T. fuciformis,Thepreparation of the master cultures by using the three forms of them hasn't been reportedyet,So long as we differentiate the different forms and growth stage of T. fuciformiscorrectly and handle the suitable conditions and technique, we can not only simplify theway for its isolation but also can easily get the master culture of T.fuciformis,whichcan be used for producing secondary culture and spawn of high quality,By bag,or bottle cultivation the production of T. fuciformis can be raised.
