摘    要:沼气发酵残留物栽培蘑菇具有出菇快、产量高、菇质优、杂菌少、易推广等优点、不但能获得明显的经济效益,而且能显著提高蘑菇的氨基酸、维生素C和可溶性能分的含量,推广这一技术,有利于生物质的多层次合理利用,同时还能促进农村经济的繁荣和沼气事业的发展。

Abstract:This paper for the comprehensive utilization have opened up a new way in themethane fermentation residue,Lave increased the using rate of biomass.Usincrn the methanefermentation residue to cultivate mushroom can completely satisfy the growth and dev-elopment,as well as nutritive demand of edible fungus for hyphae well-developed,full-grown,growing luxuriantly and thick,resistive to organism such as bacteria,actinomycesand other fungi beside the fungus.This technique not only steadily enlarges the sourcesof raw material for growing edible fungus,but also promotes the development of ruralbiogas construction.
