抗赤霉病细胞工程育种进展

摘    要:赤霉病是我国大、小麦生产上的主要病害 ,其抗性属多基因控制 ,且与外境条件关系密切 ,育种难度较大。随着抗赤霉病菌毒素细胞选择体系的不断成熟 ,细胞工程结合常规技术已成为大、小麦抗赤霉病育种的有效途径。浅述了抗赤霉病细胞工程育种的研究进展 ,介绍了离体抗毒素细胞筛选的技术方法

Abstract:Scab is one of the most severe disease in China. Significant progress has been made in breeding for scab resistance with many new varieties showing increased level of resistance. In vitro selection for scab resistance in tissue culture to use DON or crude toxins as selection agents has being ingegrated into conventional breeding methodes to increase the breeding efficiency. In vitro selection for tolerance to DON has increased the scab resistance of regenerated lines.
