| 摘 要： | 计算机网络为电力网远程监测提供了便利途径，提高了电网的工作效率和安全保障。介绍了整个监测过程中的硬件组成和电网监测仪的内部结构，数据采集服务器利用Mscomm控件对电网监测仪进行数据采集，采用易于扩展的客户/服务器结构模型，运用VB编程语言及Winsock控件完成服务器端程序和客户端程序。

| Abstract: | Computer network provides convenience for the remote supervision of electric network, and promotes the working efficiency and safety for the electric network. The hardware components and the internal structure of the electric network monitoring apparatus in the whole monitoring process are introduced. The data-gathering server collects data from the electric network monitoring devices using Mscomm control with client/server structural model easy to be extended. VB language and Winsock control are used to compile the programs of the server and the client. |
