福建省虚库蠓的生殖生态和—龄幼虫行为观察

观察表明虚库蠓嗜吸黑白花奶牛血,以2岁牛最甚,叮咬部位以背侧部为主.雌蠓饱血后96h 内死亡率,饲养于大空间的低于小空间的(P<0.01);产卵率则高于小空间的(P<0.01),夜晚的产卵率高于白天(P<0.01).雌蠓饱血后至产卵历时与气温(22-24.5℃)呈负相关(r=-0.6534~(**));虫卵孵化历时与水温(22-32℃)呈负相关(r=-0.757~*).1龄幼虫在水中表现出3种向性:向地性、趋触性和背光性,其活力与水温(22-40℃)呈负相关(r=-0.979~(**)).

Observations of Reproductive Ecology and Behavior of the First Instar Larvae of Culicoides schultzei(Diptera:Ceratopogonidae)

The observations of the females of Culicoides schuitzei showed that the black and white cows bitted by the females were mainly cows of two years old,and the bitting sites mainly on dorsalateral region of the body of the cows.The 96 hours mortality of the females in the larger container was lower than that in the smaller container after blood sucking(P<0.01).The rate of oviposition of the females in the larger container was higher than that in the smaller container(P<0.01),and the rate at nighttime was higher than that at daytime(P<0.01).There was a negative correlationship between temperature(22-24.5℃)and period of oviposition of the females after blood sucking(r=-0.6534**),a negative correlationship between water temperature(22-32℃)and period of hatching of the eggs(r=-0.757*).The first instar larvae of the midge performanced three taxis:geotaxis,thigmotaxis and negative phototaxis in water.There was a negative correlationship between water temperature(22-40℃)and survival period of the first instar larva (r=-0.979**).
