| 摘 要： | "床垫文化"亦称"加班文化"。人力资本是体现在人身上的技能和生产知识的存量,是人类自身在经济活动中获得收益的能力,主要指劳动力质量。在当今竞争激烈的社会环境下,"床垫文化"被泛化为"加班文化",在"床垫文化"背后隐藏着对人力资本健康的危机。
