南亚热带珍稀濒危树种引种迁地保存的初步研究

摘    要:为了挽救、保存、利用处于濒危灭绝的树种,以广西林业科学研究院树木园为试验基地,对从广西南部、海南省、广东省、福建省、云南省南部等热带、南亚热带及中亚热带地区引入的62个珍稀濒危树种,进行了育苗技术、生长情况、物候期及抗寒力等观测与研究.结果表明,这些树种在生长发育和适应性等方面表现出较大的差异性,完全适应的有32种,其中已开花结实的有29种,基本适应的有24种.这些种大多是从本气候区或相似气候区内引入的.树木园作为林木种质资源迁地保存基地,应侧重引入本气候区或相似气候区的树种.

Abstract:In order to save,conserve and utilize the rare and endangered tree species,atrial site for introduction and Ex Situ conservation has been set up in the arboretum ofGuangxi Academy of Forestry. 62 rare arid endangered tree species from the south ofGuangxi, Hainan, Guangdong, Fujian, and the south of Yunan have been introduced intothe trial site, observed and studied in the respects of seedling growth, phenophases andcold-resisting property etc.. The studying results are as follows. There are obvious mutualdifferences of the 62 species in tree growth and adaptability. 32 of the 62 species have fullyadapted to the trial site,29 of them have blossomed and born fruits and 24 of them havebasically adpated. The majority of the fully-adapted species and the basiclly-adaptedspecies are introduced from the same climate zone of the trial site or from a similar climatezone. It is an appropriate way to introduce the rare and threatened species from the sameclimate zone or a similar climate zone.
