摘    要:不同成土母岩上发育的土壤能影响所产茶叶的品质,在浙江省花岗岩、石英砂岩、变质岩系(片麻岩为主)及部分多石英的凝灰岩上常产优质茶,反之在玄武岩、石灰岩及中更新世(Q2)红土上常所产茶叶的品质较差。本文以茶叶的内在品质对此加以证实。分析的生化指标有:水浸出物、茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱及儿茶素(均指各该项总量)等5项。指标经综合分析,可分为7个等级,都与一定的成土母岩相对应。花岗岩等3种产优质茶的母岩上,土壤都有高硅、低钙、及砂性质地的特征;反之,所产茶叶品质较次的玄武岩及石灰岩上,土壤均有低硅、高钙及粘性质地的特征。Q2红土应属后面一类,但硅与钙的含量不全符合,还须进一步研究。凝灰岩上所产茶的品质居于7个等级中的中档。成果说明:作为外部生态环境重要因素的成土母质,和茶叶内部的生化性质有紧密联系。

Abstract:Different soil parent material often results in different tea quality. In Zhejiang Province soils developed from granite,quartzose sandstone,gneiss or some quartziferous tuff may give the better tea quality. And soils developed from basalt,limestone,middle Pleistosene (Q2) red earth often give the poorer tea quality. All of these are demonstrated by the biochemical indices in this report. Indices used here are water-soluble matters, tea-polyphenols,amino-acids, caffeine and cateehins. By the synthetical appraising of the 5 indices tea quality can be divided into some parts. They are corresponding to different soil parent materials respectively. Those parent materials (grade 1 to 3) giving better tea quality usually form the soils with sandy texture, high Si content and low Ca content. On the other hand those parent materials giving poorer tea quality (grade 5 to 7) often form the soils with clayey texture, low Si content and high Ca content. Tea quality derived from quartzose sandy stone situates middle grade. In general, the soil parent material ,an important factor of the ecologic environment, always associates with the tea quality closely.
