褐带长卷叶蛾颗粒体病毒病的研究

摘    要:从褐带长卷叶蛾(Homona coffearia Nietner)幼虫虫尸中分离到一种颗粒体病毒。其颗粒体为椭圆形或卵形,大小约156~194×250~325毫微米。颗粒体在0.01M Na_2CO_3+0.05M NaCl 溶液中,能游离释放出杆状病毒粒子。其大小约62.5×275毫微米。实验室和田间试验结果证明,该病毒对褐带长卷叶蛾有很高的致病力;但对拟小黄卷叶蛾、拟后黄卷叶蛾及家蚕均不致病。

Abstract:A granulosis virus was isolated from the dead bodies of citrus leaf roller,Homona coffearia Nietner.The capsule is ellipsoidal or ovoid in shape,with the size of about 156~194×250~325 nm.The virions libera-ted from the capsule when suspending in a solution of 0.01M Na2CO3+0.05M NaCl is baculiform in shape,with the size of about 62.5×275 nm. Laboratory and field tests have revealed that the virus is highly po-thogenic to Homona coffearia Nietner.But it does not infect other leaf rollers such as Adoxophyes cyrtosema Meyrick and Archips micaceana var. compacta (Niether) and the silkworm,Bombyx mori L.According to pre-liminary tests the application of the virus for control of Homona coffearia Nietner in the field seems feasible
