北京市小流域水土保持综合治理规划模块开发研究

摘    要:以小流域为单元的水土流失综合治理规划是搞好水土保持工作的重要内容。以地理信息系统为手段,以Arc View为平台,结合VB、FORTRAN等计算机语言二次开发的小流域水土保持综合治理规划设计模块,利用GIS技术及相关模型,采用人机对话的方式,可完成小流域的基础信息管理、水土保持措施优化规划、小型工程措施初步设计及综合治理效益分析等工作,提高了规划设计的工作效率和自动化水平。

Abstract:The integrated management planning for soil and water loss by taking small watershed as a unit is an important content for soil and water conservation work. It can complete the basic information management of small watersheds, optimization plan of soil and water conservation measures and preliminary design and benefit analysis of integrated management of small-sized structural measures and increase the working efficiency and automation level of planning and design by taking GIS ArcView as a platform, combining with the second development integrated planning and design modulus for soil and water conservation of small watersheds through using VB and FORTRAN computer language, utilizing GIS technology and related models and using the way of man-machine interaction.
