饲料及运动对大白鼠血脂的影响

摘    要:在饲喂高脂饲料时,大白鼠的血清总胆固醇和α_2-脂蛋白升高,α_1-脂蛋白下降,由饲喂高脂饲料改为饲喂基础饲料后,血清总胆固醇逐渐地恢复正常。在饲喂高脂饲料的同时,进行运动训练,大白鼠的血清α_2-脂蛋白未见升高,血清总胆固醇的变化与饲喂高脂饲料时间的长短以及运动量的大小有关。当运动量较小时,大白鼠的血清总胆固醇虽有升高,但其差别无显著性。当运动量较大时,若饲喂高脂饲料的时间较短,则大白鼠的血清总胆固醇下降;若饲喂高脂饲料的时间较长,其差别无显著性。由饲喂高脂饲料改为饲喂基础饲料后,进行运动训练的大白鼠血清总胆固醇下降;血清甘油三酯的变化与运动量有关,在运动量较大时。大白鼠的血清甘油三酯下降。

Abstract:When the rats were fed with a diet rich in lipids, the serum total cholesterol and low density lipoproteins increased markedly; high density lipoproteins decreased. After the high lipids content diet was changed to a basic ration, the serum total cholesterol gradually reduued to the normal level. The low density lipoproteins in serum would not increase, in spite of the feeding exercise programme was practiced. It showed that the change of serum total eholestero1 was in relation to the length of feeding time and the capacity of exercise. In the case of smaller exercise capacity, the increase Of serum total cholesterol was not significant. The serum total cholesterol decreased, when a larger exereise capacity was given with a shorter period of feeding high lipids content ration. The difference was not significant, even the feeding period was longer. After the change of high lipids content diet to a basic ration, the forcing exercise caused the serum total cholesterol to decline to below the normal level. The change of the serum triglyceride seemed in relation to the capacity of exercise. The serum triglyceride decreased, as the exercise capacity increased.
