轴流脱粒与分离装置的试验研究

摘    要:针对轴流收获技术的现状,在充分吸收国内外同类技术研究经验的基础上,自行研制了能够进行多种形式轴流脱粒与分离的试验台,并配套了计算机采集与控制系统。研制试验台的目的,就是对轴流脱粒与分离技术进行理论和试验研究,分析各结构参数与工艺参数对脱粒与分离性能的影响,使轴流收获技术能更好地运用于实践中。

Abstract:The paper presents a cereal threshing and separating installation based on the technology of national and abroad experiences. A testing unit had been manufactured. It can be used to do several kinds the testing of axial flow installations. In order to get a high reliability and precision, the function of the software and hardware of the system also had been provided.
