赣优3号苦瓜离体快繁体系的建立

摘    要:研究了不同浓度生长素和细胞分裂素配比对"赣优3号"苦瓜丛芽诱导、增殖和生根的影响,获得了增殖倍数高、根系发达的完整植株。农艺性状评价表明,组培苗与实生苗在植株和果实形态、商品产量等方面无明显差异。本研究初步建立了"赣优3号"苦瓜的离体快速繁殖体系。

Abstract:The effects of the combination of growth hormone and cytokinin in different concentration proportions on the cespitose buds inducement,proliferation and rooting of Momordica charontia L.variety "Ganyou No.3" were studied,and the whole plantlets with high propagation coefficient and thriving root system were obtained.The evaluation of agronomic traits showed that there was no significant difference in plant and fruit morphology and commercial yield between the cloned plantlets and the natural seedlings.Consequently,the isolated rapid propagation system of "Ganyou No.3" was established successfully.
