小麦型日粮添加酶制剂对产蛋鸡生产性能的影响

摘    要:探讨了在小麦型日粮中添加酶制剂对蛋鸡生产性能的影响。结果表明:与对照组(饲喂玉米型日粮)相比,添加不同水平的酶制剂后产蛋率提高了3.55~6.86个百分点,其中以处理Ⅱ组(饲喂小麦型日粮+0.015%复合酶制剂)的产蛋率最高,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);处理Ⅱ组的破壳率有所降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05);各处理组的料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05);各处理组的采食量、蛋品质和粗蛋白表观代谢率总体上与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,在小麦型日粮中添加酶制剂能够显著提高蛋鸡的生产性能;综合各项指标,以添加0.015%酶制剂的效果最好。

Abstract:This experiment was carried out to study the effect of wheat-based diet supplemented with enzyme preparation on the productive performance of laying hens.The results showed that: as compared with the control group(maize-based diet),the laying rate of laying hens was increased by 3.55~6.86 percent after adding different levels of enzyme preparation into the diet.The group Ⅱ(wheat-based diet + 0.015% complex enzyme preparation) had the highest laying rate,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The broken-egg rate in group Ⅱ was slightly lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).The feed conversion ratios in all treatment groups were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In general,there were no significant differences in feed intake,egg quality and apparent metabolic rate of crude protein between all treatment groups and the control group(P>0.05).Therefore,adding enzyme preparation into the wheat-based diets of laying hens could significantly improve the productive performance of laying hens.Comprehensively considering all indexes,adding 0.015% enzyme preparation had the best effect.
