| Abstract: | This paper analyzed a case of agricultural judicial identification on the future 8 years’ expectant economic loss of a destroyed 4.71 hm2 vineyard,in which the grape is in the fruiting peak period,and introduced the method of estimating the limited expectant economic loss of economic fruit trees.These provided the statutory evidences for the objective and impartial cognizance of law case by the courthouse. |
