大丽轮枝菌和拮抗细菌消耗营养物质的动态研究

摘    要:在察氏培养基的基础上,通过配制不同碳氮源,设计了3种培养基,比较大丽轮枝菌VD-11和拮抗细菌C-0消耗碳源和氮源的动态过程。结果表明,拮抗细菌C-0在3种培养基中,消耗葡萄糖速度较大丽轮枝菌VD-11均有明显优势,在2号培养基中,优势集中在48 h之内,在1、3号培养基中,72 h之内均有明显优势,3号培养基中更为明显。拮抗细菌C-0在3种培养基中,72 h之内消耗不同氮源速度较大丽轮枝菌VD-11均没有优势,但不同形态的氮源对两种菌消耗碳源速度均存在影响,VD-11和C-0最适宜氮源分别为硝酸钠和蛋白胨。

Abstract:Three kinds of culture media with the same carbon source and different nitrogen source were designed on the basis of Czapek medium,and the dynamics of carbon and nitrogen consumption by Verticillium dahliae strain VD-11 and antagonistic bacterium strain C-0 in various culture media was studied and compared.The results indicated that: as compared with VD-11,C-0 had an obvious advantage in glucose consumption rate in three kinds of culture media,and its advantage was expressed within 48 hours in medium No.2,within 72 hours in medium No.1 and medium No.3(especially medium No.3).In three kinds of culture media,the nitrogen consumption rate of C-0 within 72 hours was not superior to that of VD-11,but different nitrogen source in the medium had influence on the carbon consumption rate of the above two strains.The optimum nitrogen source for VD-11 and C-0 was sodium nitrate and peptone,respectively.
