半干旱黄土丘陵区小流域雨水资源潜力的定量分析

摘    要:根据半干旱黄土丘陵区小流域土地利用现状和相关雨水集蓄资料,计算了彭阳中庄小流域雨水资源潜力,并对雨水资源开发利用潜力及其供需关系进行了初步评价。结果表明:(1)示范区小流域雨水资源最大理论值为7304550 m3,就地利用、异地利用和叠加利用3种方式所占比例分别为37.49%、2.10%和60.41%;(2)示范区雨水资源可实现潜力量为7124503 m3,占全流域雨水资源理论潜力的97.5%;(3)目前示范区小流域的需水总量为5339096.60 m3,仅占可实现潜力量的74.94%,从试区雨水资源的可实现潜力来看,还有较大的开发利用潜力。(4)雨水资源利用评价结果表明示范区小流域对雨水资源的利用还很不充分,应适当地加大雨水就地利用的规模。

Abstract:According to the land use actuality and rainwater data of small valley in semi-arid loess hilly area,this paper estimated the potential of rainwater resources of Zhongzhuang small valley in Pengyang county,and initially evaluated the potential of rainwater resource utilization and exploitation,as well as the relationship between the supply and demand of rainwater resources.The results showed that the maximum theoretical value of rainwater resources in demonstration area was 7304550 m3,and the local,ecdemic and both utilization ratios of rainwater resources were 37.49%,2.10% and 60.41%,respectively.The realizable potential of rainwater resources in demonstration area was 7124503 m3,which accounted for 97.5% of the theoretical potential of rainwater resources.The total water demand in demonstration area was 5339096.60 m3,just being 74.94% of the realizable potential of rainwater resources,indicating that the rainwater resources in demonstration area also had large exploitation and utilization potential.The assessment results of rainwater resource utilization suggested that the utilization of rainwater resources in the valley was very insufficient.So we should properly enlarge the scale of the local rainwater resource utilization.
