| 摘 要： | 回顾和探讨了西方学术界有关城市建设的反思成果和城市发展理念,总结了时代背景下城市公园规划的新价值标准,即要倡导"小"规划,在城市中建造微小、便捷、无处不在的口袋公园,使其成为城市公园的良好补充。对城市口袋公园的规划设计提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | The article reviews and discusses the reflection of western academia and several urban developmental ideas,and summarizes the new value standard under the era background,namely sparkplugging "small" layout and constructing small,convenient and ubiquitous vest-pocket parks in the cities.The article puts forward some suggestions on the layout of vest-pocket park. |
