摘    要:采用盆栽试验,研究高温胁迫下SA、Ca2+单一及复配处理对皖贝母叶片相关生理指标的影响,结果表明:采用0.5mmol/L SA溶液喷施处理时,皖贝母的黄叶数最少,叶片中抗氧化保护酶(SOD、POD、CAT、APX)活性以及脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖、丙二醛(MDA)含量均最高;过氧化氢酶活性则以Ca2+处理最高,SA喷施处理表现出抑制CAT活性。3种处理均能提高皖贝母抵抗高温胁迫的能力、减少高温胁迫造成的伤害,且以0.5 mmol/L SA喷施处理效果最佳。

Abstract:The effects of single and combined applications of SA and Ca2+ on the related physiological indexes of Fritillaria anhuiensis leaves under high temperature stress were studied through pot experiment.The results showed that: in the treatment of spraying 0.5 mmol/L SA solution,the number of yellow leaves was the least,the activity of antioxidant protection enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT,APX) and the content of proline(Pro),soluble sugar and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the leaves were the highest,and this treatment appeared the restraint to catalase(CAT) activity.In the treatment of Ca2+,CAT activity was the highest.These three treatments all could improve the tolerance of Fritillaria anhuiensis to high temperature stress,and reduce the harm caused by high temperature stress.Among three treatments,spraying 0.5 mmol/L SA solution showed the best effects.
