| 摘 要： | 应用双波长紫外分光光度法测定松枝梢中儿茶酸含量，通过薄层分离获得适宜的背景液，运用作图法、精密确定法选择双波长组合、确定了最佳测量条件。该法仅使用少量样品且处理简单、测量准确、速度快、适合于大批试样的测定。

| Abstract: | The contents of Catechuic acic in the top of pine pranch are determined by double wavelength UV soectrophotometric method.The aopropriate background solution is obtained by Thin-layer seoaration,the best composition of doublewavelength is selected by the ploting method and the precise determining method,thus we get the best conditions of measurement.This method is only used little amount of sample and the sample is simply treated.The measurement is precise and rapid,it is suitable to determine a lot of samples. |
