摘 要: | 目的]研究化学诱变剂对高产纤维素酶生产菌的选育。方法]以1株绿色木霉(Trichoderma virideF1)为出发菌株,经过亚硝基胍、硫酸二乙酯和氯化锂诱变处理,选育纤维素酶高产菌株生产菌。结果]经LiCl诱变后,得到1株产酶活力较高的菌株L6,相对酶活较出发菌株提高了35.7%。结论]化学诱变是诱变微生物、筛选优良菌株的有效手段。

Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to study the breeding of high cellulase yielding strain induced by chemical mutagens.Method] One strain of Trichoderma viride F1 was taken for original strain.After treated with NTG,DES and LiCl,the high cellulase-producing strain named L6 was bred.Result] Under suitable conditions,the CMCase activity of L6 increased by 35.7% compared with that of the original strain.Conclusion] Chemical mutation was the effective means to induce microorganism and breed superior strain. |
