有机磷农药在水生动物体内残留研究进展

摘    要:由于有机磷农药的大量使用,造成水体严重污染,导致了大批的鱼虾贝类死亡。简要介绍了有机磷农药对水产动物的中毒机理及其在鱼体内的积累效应。重点综述有机磷农药残留的检测方法,阐述了近年来国内外食品中有机磷农药残留检测的样品前处理及分析方法,并对有机磷农药在水生动物体内的动态残留研究提出展望。

Abstract:In present time,water-pollution becomes seriously that brings on a great deal of fish,shrimp and shellfish dead because of the abuse of organophosphorouse pesticides.This paper emphasizes the detect methods and predisposal of the samples and expounds the trends of this task in domestic and abroad.Moreover,this paper introduces the toxicity mechanism of organophosphorous pesticides and the accumulation in fish and then puts forward the study on the dynamic residual of organophosphorouse pesticides in aquatic animals at last.
