SP825大孔树脂静态吸附甘草总黄酮的研究

摘    要:研究了SP825大孔树脂静态吸附甘草总黄酮的特性,确定其最大吸附率为94 mg/g;在pH值为4.0~8.0,黄酮溶液pH值对吸附率影响不大;最佳洗脱剂为乙酸乙酯,最佳洗脱pH值为8.0。

Abstract:Static absorption of total flavonoids from glycyrrhiza with SP825 macroporous resin was studied in this thesis.The results were included that the max absorption ratio of the used resin was 94 mg/g,at pH range of 4.0 to 8.0,the ratio was less effected;the optimum eluting conditions was that ethyl acetate was used to elute at pH 8.0.
