壳聚糖缓释磷元素的初步研究

摘    要:以壳聚糖为材料包埋磷酸氢二钠,探讨不同材料固化后,包埋微球的缓释规律。运用扫描电子显微观察技术对浸泡前后的微球表面膜结构进行表征。结果表明,两种固化方式,微球的释放趋势一致,基本符合缓释肥料的制作标准。扫描电镜观察结果表明,微球浸泡前表面膜结构密实,浸泡56d后微球表面膜形成大量突起的小孔。

Abstract:Chitosan and sodium hydrogen phosphate were employed as materials to study the slow-release rule of micro-ball after solidified by different material. The apparent shapes of the micro-ball were examined by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results were showed that the trend of the release rate by micro-ball were similar after solidified by different material and the properties of micro-ball measure up to the criterion of slow-release fertilizers. The SEM results showed that the surface of micro-ball was compact before soaked in water,but porous and expansile after soaked 56 days in water.
