蜂蛹黄酮对四氧嘧啶致亚急性衰老小鼠体内几种抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:研究了蜂蛹黄酮对四氧嘧啶致亚急性衰老小鼠体内几种抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,蜂蛹黄酮能够有效抑制四氧嘧啶导致的小鼠血液、肝脏和脑组织的SOD,GSH-PX,CAT和MAO活性的升高,降低血液、肝脏和脑组织中LPO的浓度。表明蜂蛹黄酮具有很好的清除自由基作用,对小鼠的血液、肝脏和脑组织具有保护作用。

Abstract:The influence of honeybee pupae flavonoids on the activities of several anti-oxidative enzymes in the subacute aging mice induced by alloxanate was studied in thid test. The results showed that the honeybee pupae flavonoids could effectively prevent the active increasing of SOD,GSH-PX,CAT and MAO and decreased the LPO concentration of the blood,liver and brain ognization from the subacute mice induced by alloxanate. The results showed the honeybee pupae flavonoids presected a rather free radical scavenging ability and a good protection for blood,liver and brain orgnization of mice.
