| 摘 要： | 采用溶液培养和盆栽试验,研究了黑麦草(Lolium perenne)、狗牙根(Cynodondactylon)、早熟禾(Poa annua)、翦股颖(Agrostis stolonifera)4种草本植物对重金属铅的耐性大小,分别测定根长与苗高,植物对铅的吸收总量、耐性临界值、植物地上部鲜重与铅含量关系等指标.结果表明:对铅的抗性顺序为翦股颖＞黑麦草＞早熟禾＞狗牙根,在较高铅离子浓度处理下,4种植物没有表现出明显的胁迫现象.翦股颖在Pb含量高达3000mg/kg的污染土壤上,能够正常生长.

| Abstract: | Four herbaceous plants of Lolium perenne,Cynodon dactylon,Poa annua,and Agrostis stolonifera were tested in culture solution and pot culture to study the Pb tolerance by determining root length,seedling height,total Pb absorption amount,critical value of Pb tolerance and relationship between aerial fresh weight and Pb content.The results showed that the Pb resistance was Agrostis stolonifera>Lolium perenne>Poa annua>Cynodon dactylon,four tested herbaceous plants could grow without obvious Pb stress under hi... |
