摘    要:利用SSR标记技术对18个优质蛋白玉米(QPM)自交系和4个代表国内主要杂种优势群的普通玉米标准测验种进行杂种优势群划分, 研究热带、亚热带QPM与温带玉米自交系之间的遗传关系. 从70对引物中筛选出39对扩增谱带清晰且具有多态性的SSR引物, 在供试材料中检测到134个等位基因变异, 平均多态性信息量为0.55. 根据扩增谱带建立0、

Abstract:Heterotic grouping of 22 maize inbred lines, including 18 quality protein maize (QPM) lines and 4 domestic temperate common testers that represent four heterotic groups used dominantly in China, were classified by SSR markers. A set of 39 polymorphic SSR primers were selected from 70 primers, which detected 134 alleles among the lines. Mean polymorphism information content was 0.55. Cluster analysis was based on the genetic similarity coefficient. Five heterotic groups were determined among the 22 inbred lines: group 1 was of Luda Red cob germplasm including CML149, CA339, CML154, Chang 631/o2, Zhongxi096/o2, CML166 and CML164. Group 2 was of Sipingtou germplasm including CML140, YML23, YML29 and CML194. Group 3 was of Reid germplasm including Xin 9101/o2 and Qi 205. YML12 and YML102 were included in Lancaster group. CML147, CML161 and CML171 can not be included in the current groups. The results basically were agreeable with the previous studies based on combining ability analysis for yield and available pedigree data.
