| 摘 要： | 以垂柳嫩枝条为外植体进行茎段组织培养试验研究。结果表明:垂柳茎段最适启动培养基及激素配比为1/2MS 6-BA 1.0 mg/L NAA 0.05 mg/L 1.5%蔗糖;最适不定芽诱导培养基及激素配比为WPM 6-BA0.1 mg/L NAA 0.2 mg/L 3%蔗糖;不定根最适诱导培养基为1/2MS NAA 0.05 mg/L 1.5%蔗糖。

| Abstract: | Induction of stem of Salix babylonica Linn was study.The result indicated that 1/2MS 6-BA 1.0 mg/L NAA 0.05 mg/L 1.5% sucrose was the best basic medium in initiated culture;the optimal medium of adventitious buds differentiation was WPM 6-BA 0.1 mg/L NAA 0.2 mg/L 3% sucrose;and the optimal medium of adventitious roots was 1/2MS NAA 0.05 mg/L 1.5% sucrose. |
