三种植物病原真菌对精纯多菌灵和嘧菌酯的抗性筛选

摘    要:用含精纯多菌灵和嘧菌酯的培养基分别对水稻纹枯病菌、水稻稻瘟病菌、油菜菌核病菌进行室内抗药性筛选。发现水稻纹枯病菌随着筛选代数的增加,其EC50值上升明显,第12代对精纯多菌灵和嘧菌酯的抗性倍数分别达25.2倍和127.0倍。水稻稻瘟病菌随着筛选代数的增加,其EC50值变化不明显,第15代对两种药剂的抗性倍数分别为1.2倍和1.1倍。而油菜菌核病菌随着两种药剂的筛选,在含药培养基(药剂浓度为初发菌株的EC50)上的生命力迅速降低,抗性筛选无法进行。

Carbendazimthiram and Azoxystrobin Resistance Selection in 3 Kinds of Plant Pathogens
Abstract:By cultured on medium contained the carbendazimthiram and azoxystrobin, resistant strains of Rhizoctonia solani, Pyricuaria grisea and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were selected. The results showed that the EC50 of R. solani increased significantly and after selecting continuously for 12 times, the resistance to carbendazimthiram and azoxystrobin was as high as 25.3-fold and 127.0-fold, respectively. Resistance of P. grisea increased very slowly with the resistance ratio of 1.2-fold and 1.1-fold, respectively. As for S. sclerotiorum, resistance selection stopped because hypha vitality reduced quickly.
