| 摘 要： | 通过研究不同温度和不同试剂处理后山西陵川和甘肃礼县两地种植的的北柴胡种子的发芽情况。发现了北柴胡种子发芽的适宜温度为20℃,在此温度下两产地北柴胡的发芽率分别为52%和48%。经1.0mg/L的KMnO4处理后,两个产地的北柴胡发芽率均最高,分别为82%和75%;3%的H2O2处理效果次之;60℃温水处理对发芽率影响不大;100mg/LGA3处理后种子的发芽受到抑制。 |

| Abstract: | The effects of different temperature and reagent were investigated.On seeds germination rate of Bupleum Chinese DC.from Lingchuan,Shanxi and Lixian,Gansu.The results showed That the favorable germination temperature of Bupleum Chinese DC.was 20℃,with a germination of 52% from Lingcuan,Shanxi and 48% from from Lixian,Gansu.Treated with 1.0mg/L KMnO4,the seeds from the two areas all had the highest germination rate.They were 82% from Lingchuan,Shanxi and 75% from Lixian,Gansu,treated with 3% H2O2 was lower than it.And the effects were slightly treated with 60℃ water.The Germination rate was restrained treated with 100mg/L GA3. |
