大学生对转基因食品认知态度的调查——以郑州市北大学城为例

为了解在校大学生对转基因食品的认识、接受程度及对转基因食品标识和政府监管方面的态度，对郑州市北大学城150名在校大学生进行了有关转基因食品认知态度的问卷调查。结果表明：大学生对转基因食品有一定的了解，但了解程度相对较低；电子媒体已经成为当今大学生了解有关转基因相关信息的主要渠道；出于安全性考虑，大多数大学生对转基因食品持谨慎态度，相对比较注意食品标识标注是否含有转基因成分；大学生普遍认为政府应该加强转基因食品的监管力度，严格转基因标识制度，保障消费者的知情权和选择权。

Investigation for the College Students' Recognition to Genetically Modified Food:A Case Study of North College Town of Zhengzhou

In order to investigate the degree of awareness and acceptance to GM food and the attitude to marking systems and governmental supervision about GM food. Through the questionnaire survey, 150 university students’ recognition of GM food (genetically modified food) was investigated in north college town of Zhengzhou. The results showed that the students had somewhat known about GM food; electronic media had already been become a very valuable source of information of GM food; For safety, most students were cautious about GM food, and paid more attention to label food in order to confirm whether the food contains genetically modified ingredients; it was universally acknowledged that governmental supervision about GM food should be strengthened, the stringent management for marking systems about GM food should be worked out, the right to know, and the right to choose of consumer should be protected.
